These terms apply to the use of the YSL Media website and to the services we provide. By using the website or starting a collaboration with us, you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract takes priority over these terms where they differ.
1. Who we are
YSL Media is a creative studio for social media based in Romania, led by Yannis. We offer organic content creation, consulting and strategy, creative campaign development, social media management and Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Scope of services
Each collaboration is defined in a proposal that sets out the deliverables, platforms, content volume, timeline, feedback rounds and fee. Anything not listed in the proposal is not included and can be quoted separately.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide the information, brand materials and approvals we need on time.
- Give us the access needed for the agreed work, such as social accounts or Meta Business Manager.
- Make sure the materials you send us can be legally used and follow platform rules.
- Tell us in advance about anything that could affect the work, such as changes in offers or dates.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise:
- Monthly services are invoiced in advance for each month.
- Standalone projects may require an advance payment before work starts.
- Advertising spend for Meta Ads is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to Meta.
- Creator fees, travel and special production costs are quoted separately when needed.
- Late payment may lead us to pause work until the invoice is settled.
5. Approvals and changes
We send materials for your feedback before they are published, within the number of feedback rounds agreed in the proposal. Additional changes or new requests outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.
6. Duration and ending a collaboration
Ongoing collaborations run for the period agreed in the proposal. Either side may end the collaboration with written notice as agreed. Work already completed remains payable, and we will hand back any access you gave us.
7. Results
We plan and adjust our work carefully, but results on social media and from advertising depend on many factors outside our control, including platform changes, market conditions and demand. We do not guarantee specific reach, followers, sales, leads or return on advertising spend.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the final materials we create for you can be used by your brand for the purposes agreed in the proposal. Raw footage, project files, our working methods and templates remain ours unless agreed otherwise. We may show work created for you in our portfolio only with your agreement.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, results and plans as confidential and share them only as needed to deliver the work or where required by law. We ask you to treat our proposals and methods in the same way.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a collaboration is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
